Select a convenient date for a police meeting |
You’re receiving this email because you are a Neighbourhood Watch coordinator or representative of a local group of residents, in or around the Wombourne, Baggeridge and Swindon areas. The local neighbourhood policing team (LPT) have come back to me with dates when they are available to chat with us online, via Microsoft Teams. Once we have identified an evening date that is agreeable to you all, I’ll send out 2 invitations-the first one will be just a test to check that you can connect with Teams, and it shouldn’t last more than 5 minutes. (You should receive an email (at a future date) containing a link to a Teams meeting). The second invitation will be to select a convenient time and date (listed below), for our meeting with the police, and a suggested agenda will include the following:
Here are some possible dates: First the Microsoft Teams test. Wednesday 6.30 pm (If you can’t make the date, please let me know an alternative date and time). Second, which of the following dates can you make, for an online Microsoft Teams meeting? 16/04 - 7 pm - 7.30 pm 17/04 - -7 pm - 7.30 pm Please let me know as soon as you can, but ideally at the latest, by Monday 30 March. Regards, Geraint
